OUR TOPPING OUT CEREMONY
At Metway Developments, every stage of construction is a story of progress, craftsmanship, and community. One of the most meaningful milestones in this journey is the topping out ceremony—a tradition with centuries of history in building culture around the world.
Traditionally, topping out marks the moment a project reaches its highest structural point. It is a celebration of the hard work of all those involved—architects, engineers, trades, and the wider community, and a symbol of safe completion of the structure before the next phases of construction.
For us, this ceremony is more than a formality. It is a moment of gratitude, reflection, and pride, recognising the dedication of our team and the trust placed in us by our partners and clients.
